01 Acceptance of Terms

02 Account Registration

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

jjl88 processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the jjl88 platform:

• Accepted deposit methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank internet banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
• Minimum deposit: ₱100, unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods or promotional offers.
• Deposit processing: Most jjl88 deposits are processed instantly. jjl88 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour for standard accounts and faster for VIP tiers.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though larger withdrawals may require additional verification.
• Bonus funds: Funds credited as bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the relevant wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being removed.
• Withdrawal of deposit: Players may withdraw their deposited funds at any time, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Wagering requirements apply only to bonus funds, not to deposited real money.
• Fraud prevention: jjl88 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending anti-fraud checks. If fraudulent activity is detected, jjl88 may freeze the account and withhold funds pending investigation.

04 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on jjl88, including sports betting, football betting, esports betting, and virtual sports:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by jjl88. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation. jjl88 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason.
• Minimum bet: ₱50 per selection, unless otherwise stated for specific markets.
• Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change at any time up to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Live betting: In-play bets are subject to a brief delay between placement and confirmation to allow for odds update processing. jjl88 accepts no liability for bets placed on events where the result is already known at the time of placement.
• Void bets: jjl88 may void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, match abandonment, or confirmed match-fixing. Voided bets are refunded in full to the player's jjl88 wallet.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result at full time (or the designated end of the event) as reported by the relevant sporting body. Extra time and penalty shootouts are included in settlement only where explicitly stated in the market rules.
• Accumulator bets: If any selection in an accumulator is voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining selections. The voided selection is treated as a non-runner with odds of 1.00.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

jjl88 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All jjl88 bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated with each individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonus funds carry a wagering requirement, stated as a multiplier (e.g., 10×). This means the bonus must be wagered the stated number of times before withdrawal. • Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry date after which unused bonus funds are forfeited. Standard validity periods are: welcome bonus — 30 days; reload bonuses — 14 days; free spins — 7 days.
• Bonus abuse: jjl88 takes bonus integrity seriously. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting pricing errors, using prohibited betting patterns to complete wagering requirements, or any similar abuse may result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and permanent account closure.
• Cashback promotions: Weekly cashback at jjl88 is calculated on net losses (total deposits minus total withdrawals) over the qualifying period. Cashback funds are credited without wagering requirements and are available for withdrawal immediately.
• Amendment: jjl88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled mid-cycle, jjl88 will honour any qualifying activity completed before the cancellation date.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jjl88 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jjl88, either personally or on behalf of a third party
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Using jjl88 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Placing bets on events where you have access to non-public information that provides an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the jjl88 platform
• Exploiting obvious pricing errors or technical glitches in the jjl88 system for profit
• Abusing the jjl88 bonus system through pattern betting designed specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating as an agent for others on jjl88
• Accessing jjl88 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law

07 Account Suspension and Termination

jjl88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of the platform
• Requests for self-exclusion under jjl88's Responsible Gaming policy

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or breach of Terms, jjl88 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. Where the investigation finds no breach, the balance will be returned and the account reinstated or closed with a full payout depending on the circumstances.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting jjl88 support at support@jjl88.net. Any real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.

08 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms limits jjl88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of jjl88 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. 13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
